Shipping policy

Thanks for ordering from Calmer Sleep! As soon as your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. This means we've successfully received your order and authorized the payment. Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code to follow your delivery.

Processing time

• Order cut-off time: 11PM. Orders placed after this deadline or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
• Expected processing time: Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Expected delivery time

• Transit time: Orders typically arrive within 5 business days (Monday through Friday) after processing, depending on the destination.
• Expected total delivery time: The total delivery time, including both processing and shipping, is estimated at 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
